<p><br />Request for Quotation (RFQ)<br />Date of RFQ issued: August 28, 2020<br />Save the earth foundation international (Save the Earth) Sunsari Nepal is a Non- Profitable public benefit social support organization to dedication to the environmental awareness in the society. It is situated in Ramdhuni -01 jhumka established on 1994 to bring the positive changes in social structure of society through sustainable development through creative activity.<br />Save the earth foundation international is planning to procure below mentioned item; so invites quotations from interested registered suppliers for the same. <p>Terms and conditions for ‘supply and delivery’:<br />1. Quotation should be submitted by September 02, 2020 by 4 PM. Quotation received after the specified date and time of the invitation, will not be considered. <br />2. Quoted rate should be mentioned the VAT and other necessary Taxes if applicable in remarks <br />3. Expected delivery at Save the Earth office at Ramdhuni municipalities 1 jhumka date September 06, 2020 , Committed date of supplier……………………...<br />4. Payment will be made within 7 days after received goods and undisputable invoice, if you have any objection or expectation please write ………………………………………………………...<br />5. In case of delaying of delivery 2% penalty will be charged at weekly basis, which will deducted at the time of payment.<br />6. The contract will be awarded as per save the earth foundation international ’s bid evaluation criteria <br />7. Save the earth foundational international reserves the right to reject any or all quotation. The successful bidder or bidders will be notified at the earliest date possible.<br />8. Payment will be made cheque payment or online bank transfer to your company name. And TDS will be deducted at your source as per Government rules.<br />9. The requested item should be delivered by the vendor itself including packaging and transportation to respective palika.of sunsari District.<br />10.
